        Coach Darrion Caldwell

        Born and raised in Rahway, New Jersey, Caldwell was an outstanding athlete, lettering in wrestling, football, and baseball at Rahway High School. A two-time All-Region football player, his true passion shone on the wrestling mats, where he achieved an impressive record of 148-4—with just three losses as a freshman—and earned three NJSIAA championships. Today, his dedication to the sport continues as he channels his expertise into youth wrestling classes and training, inspiring the next generation of athletes to excel both on and off the mat.

        Coach Greg Jones

        Greg Jones is an American former collegiate wrestler. At West Virginia University, Jones won three NCAA Division 1wrestling titles. Shortly after his 5-3 decision of Cornell's Tyler Baier in the 184 pound finals, Jones was named the 2005 tournament's Most Outstanding Wrestler. In addition to his title in 2005, Jones won the 184 pound title in 2004 and the 174 pound title as a freshman in 2002. As of 2023, Jones serves as the head wrestling coach at MMA gym Kill Cliff FC in Deerfield Beach FL.

        Coach Lucas

        Coach Lucas brings over 22 years of dedicated Jiu-Jitsu training and 12 years of teaching expertise to our community. As a 3rd-degree black belt under Rodrigo Damm, he has honed his skills to perfection, consistently proving his prowess in the competitive arena. His impressive accolades include recent victories at AJP2024 Miami and AJP2025 Orlando, as well as a first-place finish at the Brazilian championships and a third-place world championship title at the 2008 CBJJE.

        Beyond Jiu-Jitsu, Coach Lucas has valuable experience in wrestling and judo, further enriching his comprehensive understanding of martial arts. His teaching philosophy emphasizes both theoretical and practical development, ensuring that students learn to defend, control, and, when necessary, effectively attack. He is dedicated to instilling self-defense skills, confidence, and respect in every student.

        Specializing in techniques such as the spider guard and lace guard, Coach Lucas consistently tailors his instruction to help students master these complex maneuvers. His extensive coaching experience in Brazil, where he has led teams to success in major tournaments, speaks to his ability to nurture talent and drive competitive excellence.

        Armed with a degree in physical education and experience teaching Jiu-Jitsu at the university level, Coach Lucas is committed to developing not only skilled martial artists but also well-rounded individuals.
